Power Pacing indoor cycling is a combination of aerobic and conditioning training workout performed on a stationary bike A 45-minute class burns up to 500 calories, depending on the individual. Water bottles and a towel are a must for all classes! Classes are held in the cycling studio on the river level of the YMCA.
