Twinges in the Hinges
This program provides the opportunity for Aquatics socialization and enjoyment while using water buoyancy and resistance to help improve joint flexibility and muscle strength. No cardiovascular segment.
Monday, Wednesday, *Friday: 10:00 – 10:45 am or 5:30 – 6:15 pm
(*No Instructor on Friday)
Churn up the water in this challenging, yet fun shallow & deep water workout. Exercise with equipment and challenging exercises for cardio, strength, and flexibility- this class has it all. Maximize your training efforts against the resistant properties of water and enjoy an exercise session that lessens the impact on your joints.
Wednesday & Friday: 5:30-6:30 pm
Work out to fun aerobic routines while staying cool. A low impact, cardiovascular workout in the shallow end of the pool.
Tuesday and Thursday: 9-10 am
Adult Swim Lessons
We offer different levels of adult swim lessons so we can meet you at any skill level. Our instructors will make sure that all members feel safe and comfortable in the water.
Tuesday: 7-7:45 pm in the Therapy Pool

Training for a triathlon? Just want to get back into the swim of things? Lap Club is for the adult swimmer looking to gain stroke technique or improve their time.
Lap Club will be coached by Lima Swim Team coaches. Each coach is USA Swimming certified and American Swimming Coached Association educated.
