Course Specifics:

500 yd – Swim takes place at the park in the reservoir. 15 M Bike is a rolling, fast course on country roads in a large rectangle. Running is on the river walk. The transition area is a paved parking lot within the park – restrooms are nearby.

For those swimming Triathletes or Teams registered there will be a practice open water swim at Ottawa Metro Park July 24th and Aug 7th at 6pm – weather permitting.

Registration includes a t-shirt (guaranteed if registered by July 20th), finisher’s medal, refreshments and door prizes.

Individual Triathlon/Duathlon -<br /> $70 registration before April 30th<br /> $80 registration after May 1st to July 20th<br /> $90 register on Race day</p> <p>Team Triathlon/Duathlon<br /> $80 register by April 30th<br /> $90 register May 1st to July 20th<br /> $100 register on race day<br /> Team Registration - If entering as a team, each team member must fill out a registration form and all entries must be mailed together.
