Triathlon

  • 500 Yard Swim

Duathlon

  • 2 Mile Run

  • 5K Run

Course Specifics:

500 yd – Swim takes place at the park in the reservoir. 15 M Bike is a rolling, fast course on country roads in a large rectangle. Running is on the river walk. The transition area is a paved parking lot within the park – restrooms are nearby.

Registration includes a t-shirt (guaranteed if registered by July 16th), finisher’s medal, refreshments and door prizes.

Individual Triathlon - $75 registration<br /> Individual Duathlon - $60 registration<br /> Team Registration - $75 for registration. If entering as a team, each team member must fill out a registration form and all entries must be mailed together.
