High-Intensity Interval Training – HIIT

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), aka Bootcamp, is for the athlete in all of us.  30-minutes of intense heart-pounding exercise, which is designed to take your body and mind to the extreme.  Push past your boundaries and discover what your body can achieve.

Based on SEAL and Tabata training, this 30-minute workout twice a week will improve functional muscle movement, cardiovascular respiration, and endurance.
