Youth Karate

Ages 7-17

This class will teach the basics of punches, blocks, kicks, and forms.  Excellent for boosting self-confidence, discipline, and self-control.

Tuesday & Thursday: 6 – 6:45 pm for ages 7 – 10 years
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30 – 8 pm for ages 11 – adult

Kindergarten, 1st, & 2nd grade Skill Development Basketball Program

K - 2nd grade

Session includes skill development, drills, and games.

November 4th – 25th

Saturdays: 10 – 11:30 am

5th - 8th Grade

Scoop

3 - 5 yr olds

We will have fun introducing basketball to your child and cool down afterwards with a scoop of ice cream!

Home School Gym & Swim

Home school youth, join us for some exciting fun! Youth will start up the day with a fun swim. The class will continue on to teach youth different sports including basketball, soccer and softball, followed by a 1/2 hour swim lesson and 1/4 hour fun swim. (Need at least 4 to run the program)

Preschool and Youth Gymnastic

Tiny Tot Gym: 18 mo – 3 yrs old

Adult participation is required. The tots are encouraged to climb, crawl, and jump.

Wed 11 – 11:45 am; Thurs 4:30 – 5:15 pm

Jr Kinder Gym: 3-6 yrs old

Work on basic skills such as rolling, swinging, jumping, balancing, and eye hand coordination.

Level I & II: Wed 12 – 12:45 pm; Thurs 4:45 – 5:30 pm

Beginner Tumblers: Age 6 and above

Beginner tumblers that wish to develop tumbling skills such as handstands, cartwheels, along with strength and flexibility.

Thurs: 5:30 – 6:30 pm

Intermediate/Advanced Tumblers

Class will include Back walkovers, standing back handspring, and running tumbling.

Thurs: 6:15 – 7 pm
