Youth Karate

Ages 7-17

This class will teach the basics of punches, blocks, kicks and forms.  Excellent for boosting self-confidence, discipline and self control.

7 Weeks: June 12th-July 26th

Tuesday & Thursday: 6 – 7:00 pm for ages 7 – 10 years
Tuesday & Thursday: 6 – 7:30 pm for ages 11 – 17 years

Home school Gym & Swim

Home school youth, join us for some exciting fun! Youth will start up the day with a fun swim. The class will continue on to teach youth different sports including basketball, soccer and softball, followed by a 1/2 hour swim lesson and 1/4 hour fun swim.

Judo Classes

Little Dragons Program – All Ranks – Ages 4 – 7

Saturdays:  9:15 – 10:00 am

  • Basic Judo Skills (Throws & Hold Downs)
  • Games that develop coordination
  • Respect is stressed in class

Youth Judo – All Ranks – Ages 8 – 14

Saturdays:  10:15 – 11:30 am

  • Advanced Little Dragons students may join this class with instructor’s permission
  • Advanced and beginner Judo skills (Throws & Hold Downs)
  • Tournament Training

7 Weeks: June 16th- August 4th

T-Ball/Baseball Program

Ages 4-8

For Boys and girls. T-ball: 4-5 years old. Coaches Pitch: 6-8 years old.  Registration: April 23-May 21. Coaches Meeting May 22 at 8:00 pm. Practice Starts May 29. League games begin June 18 at Robb Park.

YMCA Basketball Training

Dedicated to making good players GREAT!

One on One basketball training for Boys and Girls 10 years old and above.  Become a better and explosive basketball player on the court.  One-hour sessions will focus on techniques, drills, and conditioning.

Summer Basketball Leagues

1st through 4th Grade

Must be going into these grades in the 2018-2019 school year. This instructional basketball league is a great way for young athletes to develop their skills. This program will stress fundamentals such as passing, dribbling, shooting, offense, defense, and sportsmanship.

Divisions

1st and 2nd Grade Games- Tuesdays, 5:30-9pm

3rd and 4th Grade Games-Thursdays, 5:30-9pm

(All practices held on Saturday mornings)

Registration Dates: May 4th- May 23rd

Practices begin: June 2nd

Games begin: June 19th or 21st

Coaches meeting: Wednesday, May 23rd, 8pm
