Position Openings

Become part of the Lima YMCA Team! Conscientious, certified lifeguards needed. Early morning,  afternoon, and evening hours available. Current Lifeguard certification required, Swim instruction experience preferred. Part time position starts at $8.15 per hour, and $9.30 for lifeguards that instruct swim lessons. Opening shift and after hour shifts are payed 12.15 per hour. Up to 30 hours per week!

Benefits Includes a membership to the Lima YMCA. Apply online or in person and at Lima Family YMCA.

Required license or certification:

  • Lifeguard certification, CPR, First Aid

This position consists of Set-ups, tear downs, cleaning of the whole facility, towel runs, bathrooms, lobby, applying salt and clearing sidewalks during inclement weather.
