January 11th, 2017 - Superior: Land of the Woodland Drummer Presented by Tom Sterling

Surrounding the great inland seas, called Superior, is some of the most beautiful and exciting wilderness country in North America. The haunting cry of the loon is symbolic of this wilderness; but another sound, familiar to fewer people, is the territorial drumming of the Ruffled Grouse. Its spectacular courtship display is but one of the stories included in this film.

Aside from its man wildlife stories, the great land itself is a joy to behold as we follow a seasonal progression from spring, through summer, glorious autumn and the silence of winter.

February 8th, 2017 - The World is Round Presented by Steve McCurdy

'The World is Round' is an insiders look at sights, sounds, people and places that have inspired producer Steven McCurdy's wanderlust and imagination over two decades of traveling the world. In this film, he journeys to fourteen cities on four continents: from the Ganges River in India where he experiences the ancient city of Varanasi, to the Fjords of Norway in search of his ancestral home near Oslo and Risor.  Steve visits Paris and Versailles with a film crew and Hong Kong where he rides the 25 cent Hong Kong Ferry.

In this film you only catch a glimpse, but Steve McCurdy's unique perspective and keen eye for the interesting makes the World is Round a wonderful experience, and  gateway to the cavalcade of travel opportunities available to us all.
