SilverSneakers – Classic
SS Classic is a low-impact cardio and strength class that is designed for strength, flexibility, posture and balance. All exercises can be done while seated.

Class Times:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:45 – 11:30 am
Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 – 1:45 pm


SilverSneakers – Cardio
SS Cardio is a class that increases your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and the SilverSneakers ball are alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography.

Class Times:
Tuesday and Thursday 8:45 – 9:30 am
Tuesday and Thursday 10:45 – 11:30 am
Friday 8:45 – 9:30 am


SilverSneakers – Splash
SS Splash is a total body aqua conditioning class in the pool. SS Splash focuses on increasing agility, range of movement and cardiovascular conditioning. No swimming ability is required.

Class Times:
Tuesday and Thursday 2:00 – 2:45 pm


SilverSneakers – Yoga
SS Yoga is a Yoga performed in a chair for support and will focus on flexibility, balance, body awareness, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Class Times:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 1:00 – 1:45 pm
